Sample of a Badger home Inspection Report
The inspection report is used as an informational guide in some cases and can be a negotiation tool in others. I use Homegauge Inspection Software which is fully customizable and allows me to clearly articulate findings in full sentences and digital photography. This will help my clients and others involved such as Realtors during negotiations or Contractors selected to correct necessary repairs. I will typically email the inspection report to you the same day or depending on circumstances the report will be emailed within 24 hours of the inspection. Other delivery methods are also available upon request.
